My story with filmmaking began in university when I picked up a GoPro to document trips with friends. What started as a simple way to preserve the moments we were living quickly became an obsession with storytelling.

Over the years, I taught myself the craft of filmmaking and began documenting weddings. The more stories I captured, the more I realized that the films that matter most are the ones that become more meaningful with time.

After years working within both creative and corporate worlds, I've come to appreciate how quickly life changes and how valuable these records become with time. That's why Flixie has evolved beyond simply creating wedding videos. My goal is to create films that connect the past, present and future. Incorporating old photographs, home videos, family history and the people who matter most into something that can live far beyond the wedding day itself.
